Vips så var det påske igjen. For meg betyr det ferie, lange turer, appelsiner, sjokolade, masse god mat og drikke og masse tid med familien. Det blir kanskje kortspill, puslespill, påskekrim og er jeg heldig litt tid i solveggen. En temmelig tradisjonell påske med andre ord. Matmessig også en ganske tradisjonell uke. En litt forsiktig start med masse grønnsaker før kylling og and leder opp til det store påskemåltidet med lam på påskeaften. Dersom man ikke blir så mange på påskeaften, kan det være en god idé å velge en surret lammestek. De kommer i mange størrelser og man risikerer derfor ikke å sitte igjen med alt for mange rester. Skulle du allikevel gjøre det, er mitt forslag å lage en skikkelig god pytt i panne med restene av steken. Påskemorgen slukker alle sorger heter det. Vel vi kan i hvert fall gjøre den til en hyggelig opplevelse for hele familien ved å lage en skikkelig god brunsj eller lunsje. Disk opp med forskjellige retter og sørg for at det er noe for alle. Litt søtt og litt salt, sørg for nybakt brød, godt smør og masse nytrukket kaffe og te. Vel bekomme og ha en god påske!
