Hei, velkommen til bloggen min og inn på mitt kjøkken. Jeg liker veldig godt å lage mat og er opptatt av alt som har med mat å gjøre. På bloggen min deler jeg oppskrifter på maten jeg lager. Siden det er flest hverdager, er det mest hverdagsmat jeg skriver om, men jeg vil ha god mat hver dag.
Når jeg skal lage mat henter jeg inspirasjon mange steder. Jeg liker veldig godt å reise, og nye land og mattradisjoner gir mye inspirasjon. Jeg er veldig glad i det italienske kjøkkenet med sitt store fokus på gode råvarer og enkel tilberedning som lar råvarene skinne. Det thailandske kjøkkenet er også en inspirasjonskilde med sin utstrakte bruk av krydder og urter og vekt på balansen mellom de forskjellige smakselementene. Og ikke minst er jeg opptatt av norsk tradisjonsmat og bruk av norske råvarer.
I bokhyllen min står det over 150 kokebøker som jeg ofte koser meg med å bla i, eller jeg surfer rundt på nettet og ser på andre matblogger og nettsteder og jeg hører på mange podcaster for å finne inspirasjon og lære mer om mat. Oppskriftene på bloggen er en herlig blanding av alt jeg synes er godt.
Jeg har en stor skepsis mot alle slags motedietter og trender. Skal man forholde seg til alt som står i avisene og på nettet er det lett å gå seg vill, og maten kan fort bli en fiende i stedet for en venn. Jeg er derimot stor tilhenger av et variert kosthold der man spiser litt av alt uten å overdrive, eller unngå noe helt for den saks skyld. For meg handler det om mengder, variasjon, balanse og ikke minst gleden ved mat.
Jeg prøver å ha et sunt kosthold for meg og familien min. Derfor planlegger jeg ukens middager. På den måten synes jeg det er lettere å få til et variert og godt kosthold.
Bloggen min er min egen kokebok, men samtidig er det mitt håp at jeg kan spre litt matglede og inspirasjon slik at flere lager mat fordi de har lyst og ikke bare fordi de må. Mat er gøy og godt! Kos deg med maten og vel bekomme.
