Det er nesten litt flaut å dele en så enkel oppskrift som dette, men det er så godt at det ville være en forbrytelse å sitte å ruge på dette smøret helt alene. For dersom du liker smør og steinsopp, vil du garantert like steisoppsmør. Dette smøret er så proppfylt med deilig soppsmak at det ikke er til å tro. Og da snakker vi ikke om hvilken som helst sopp, men om steinsopp. I min verden er dette kongen over alle sopper. Det er bare rett og slett den aller beste soppen. Dessverre er sesongen kort, men heldigvis er det en sopp som egner seg godt for tørking. Derfor er tørket steinsopp tilgjengelig i butikker med stort utvalg hele året. Og i denne oppskriften er det nettopp tørket steinsopp jeg bruker.

Steisoppsmør passer ypperlig sammen med godt brød på et koldtbord, eller det vil smake helt vidunderlig oppå en stekt biff, eller rørt inn i litt nykokt pasta. Ja i grunnen er det bare fantasien som setter grenser for hva det kan brukes til.

  • 200 gr smør, normalsaltet
  • 10 gr tørket steinsopp

Fremgangsmåte

  • Ta smøret ut av kjøleskapet i god tid slik at det blir helt mykt (romtemperert).
  • Knus steinsoppen i en morter eller krydderkværn til et fint pulver.
  • Pisk steinsoppulver og smør til alt er godt blandet og luftig.

Server smøret romtemperert.
