Sjokolademousse er en deilig dessert. Denne mørke varianten har en intens, kraftig sjokoladesmak samtidig som den er luftig og fløyelsmyk. Ingen dum kombinasjon, spør du meg. Sjokolademousse er en ypperlig dessert å lage og servere til mange. Den kan nemlig lages en dag eller to i forveien. Det eneste som gjenstår på selve dagen er å pynte litt på desserten før servering.

Pynt med bær eller frukt, en kremdott eller sjokoladespon eller sjokoladeblonder. Sjokoladeblonder kan kjøpes ferdige, eller de kan ganske enkelt lages ved å smelte litt sjokolade og så lage mønster på et bakepapir eller overheadplast ved å helle tynne striper i mønster på papiret.

Ingredienser

  • 150 gr mørk sjokolade (minst 60%)
  • 75 gr smør
  • 0,4 dl kaffe
  • 1,5 gelatinplate
  • 2 store eggeplommer
  • 2 store eggehviter
  • 50 gr sukker

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sjokoladen hakkes i små biter og smeltes i vannbad sammen med smøret.
  • Legg gelatin i bløt i kaldt vann.
  • Pisk eggehvitene med først halvparten av sukkeret, og når det er halvstivt has resten av sukkeret inn og det piskes stivt.
  • Når sjokoladen og smøret er helt smeltet piskes eggeplommene inn en av gangen.
  • Varm opp kaffen.
  • Klem vannet ut av gelatinen og rør den inn i kaffen. Hell kaffen inn i sjokoladeblandingen og rør godt.
  • Vend 1/3 av de stivpiskede eggehvitene i sjokoladeblandingen med en slikkepott.
  • Ha sjokoladeblandingen i resten av marengsen og bland forsiktig til alt er godt blandet.
  • Hell i glass og sett kaldt minst et par timer.

Hei Jan Harald, du har jommen rett. Takk for at du sier i fra. Her var det en liten glipp. Eggeplommene i sjokoladebkandingen først og de stivpiskede hitene til slutt. Håper ikke noen får en litt kompamt dessert på nyttårsaften. Nå er det i hvert fall rettet opp.
