Juleverksted er en hyggelig tradisjon jeg vet mange har i adventstiden. Noen lager julepynt, andre kaker og atter andre godteri, eller kankje en blanding av alt dette. Det viktigste er kanskje å være sammen og gjøre noe hyggelig. Skal du ha juleverksted og leter etter en enkel oppskrift som selv de minste kan være med på? Da kan du prøve denne rocky road a la snickers oppskriften. I disse små godbitene er det altså karamell, peanøtter, marchmallows pakket inn i melkesjokolade. Her er det ingen vanskelige prosesser, og det er gjort på et blunk. Det vanskeligste blir kanskje å vente til sjokoladen har stivnet igjen før man kan ta smaksprøver.

Konfekten kan oppbevares kjølig i en tett boks. Hvor lenge den holder seg aner jeg ikke, for hjemme hos oss forsvant den som dugg for solen. Men siden dette er veldig lettlaget godteri, kan man jo bare slenge sammen en ny porsjon når den første er borte.

Ingredienser

  • 200 gr melkesjokolade
  • 100 gr salte peanøtter
  • 25 små eller 6 store marchmallows
  • 8 karameller fra smågodthyllen

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kle en liten form, 10x20 cm med bakepapir.
  • Smelt sjokoladen over vannbad.
  • Del karamellene i mindre biter og store marchmallows i 4 (kan bruke saks til dette).
  • Når sjokoladen har smeltet helt, blandes nøtter, karamell og marchmallows inn i sjokoladen.
  • Hell over i formen og sett kaldt.
  • Når sjokoladen har satt seg helt, del opp i passelige biter.

Oppbevares kaldt.
