Noen kombinasjoner er rett og slett laget i himmelen, og sjokolade og appelsin er nettopp en slik kombinasjon etter min mening. Derfor måtte jeg selvsagt forsøke meg på nok en kombinasjon av disse to ingrediensene. Det resulterte i sjokoladetrøfler med appelsin. Disse trøflene ble skikkelig gode. Her snakker vi myk sjokolade med et tydelig hint av appelsin. Synes du som meg at sjokolade + appelsin = sant, bør du virkelig prøve å lage disse. Du vil helt sikkert ikke bli skuffet.

Ingredienser

  • 200 gr mørk sjokolade
  • 1 dl kremfløte
  • 20 gr smør
  • skallet av 1 økologisk appelsin
  • 10 ml Grand Marnier
  • kakao til å rulle kulene i
  • gullpulver (kan droppes)

Fremgangsmåte

  • Hakk sjokoladen i små biter.
  • Kok opp kremfløten.
  • Ha sjokoladen oppi kremfløten.
  • Rør i blandingen til den har blitt tykk og jevn masse.
  • Rør inn appelsinskall og appelsinlikør.
  • Hell massen over i en form kledd med bakepapir og sett formen i kjøleskapet, gjerne til neste dag.
  • Form massen til små kuler og rull i kakao eller melis og evt. gi dem et lite dryss med gullpulver.

Tips

Det er ganske grisete å forme kulene, så jeg brukte latekshansker. Det fungerte veldig fint, men man må være rask, for sjokoladen blir fort varm.
