Av og til er for mye av det gode bare enda bedre. Rocky road er sånn. Her er det mørk sjokolade, karamell, salte nøtter og mashmellows på en gang – i samme munnfull faktisk. Dessuten er det superenkelt å lage. Dette er veldig fint å lage sammen med barn. Smelte, skjære, røre og så vente. Det siste er kanskje ikke så lett da. Men etter ventetiden blir man altså belønnet med noen skikkelige godbiter.

I denne oppskriften har jeg brukt sånne store firkantede karameller som selges som smågodt. Men alle mulige karameller går selvsagt også fint å bruke, men jeg synes ikke de bør være for harde. Har du laget karameller selv, kan disse selvsagt brukes. Sjokoladen smelter jeg over vannbad. Bryt sjokoladen i biter og ha den oppi en bolle. Fyll litt vann i en kasserolle og kok opp. Sett bollen oppå kasserollen, men pass på at den ikke kommer i kontakt med det kokende vannet. Etterhvert vil sjokoladen smelte.

Ingredienser

  • 300 gr mørk sjokolade
  • 10 karameller
  • 100 gr ristede og salte pistasjnøtter
  • 6 mashmellows eller 25 minimashmellows

Fremgangsmåte

  • Gjør klar en form på ca. 20x20 cm med bakepapir.
  • Smelt sjokoladen over vannbad.
  • Del hver karamell og mashmellow i fire biter.
  • Ta skallet av pistasjnøttene.
  • Ha alt oppi den smeltede sjokoladen og bland godt.
  • Hell alt ut i formen og glatt det ut med en slikkepott.
  • Sett formen i kjøleskapet.
  • Skjær i passe porsjonsbiter når sjokoladen har stivnet helt. Oppbevares i kjøleskapet.
