Har du hatt stek til middag i helgen, eller noe annet kjøtt kanskje? Da kan det ofte bli rester, og en fin måte å bruke opp disse på er å lage pytt i panne. Det fine med pytt i panne er at man kan bruke nesten hva som helst fra grønnsaksskuffen oppi. Du kan derfor se på oppskriften nedenfor som høyst veiledende. Bruk det du har. Alle slags rotgrønnsaker er flott å bruke. Det samme er fenikkel, squash og stangselleri. Har du ikke rester av stek eller annet rent kjøtt, kan du like gjerne bruke pølser eller bacon. Alt blir godt. Bruk gjerne paprika, for det gir flott farge. Og dryss masse urter over til slutt. Vi spiser jo med øynene også.

Ingredienser

  • 400-600 gr kjøtt
  • 6 store (kokte) poteter (ca. 800 gr)
  • 1 rødløk
  • 1 purre
  • 1 rød paprika
  • 1 gul paprika
  • olje til steking
  • persille til å drysse over

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær alle ingrediensene i små terninger.
  • Varm olje i en stekepanne og ha oppi potetene. Dersom de er rå, så stek til de er nesten møre og har fått fin farge. Er potetene kokte stekes de bare til de har fått litt farge.
  • Ha oppi resten av ingrediensene og stek videre til alt er varmt og resten av grønnsakene har blitt myke.
  • Hakk persillen grovt og dryss over.

Server varm og vel bekomme.
