Pin

En ny uke står for døren og det blir for mange en gledens uke. Skolen begynner igjen for alle og mange voksne kan gå på jobben igjen. Den sosiale distanseringen har vel tæret litt på alle og vi lengter etter å se flere folk enn vår umiddelbare familie. Dessuten avsluttes jo uken med 17. mai. Som alle andre dager denne våren blir også 17. mai annerledes enn vanlig, men det blir uansett 17. mai. Vi skal stryke bunadsskjorten, pusse skoene og finne frem flagg. Kaker skal bakes og festmat lages i stand.

Denne uken har jeg laget et forslag til både 17. mai frokost/lunsj og en treretters middag til å feire nasjonaldagen med. Det er mye mat, men plukk og miks og kanskje finner du en ny favoritt. Men uken handler jo ikke bare om nasjonaldagen på søndag, for det er jo seks andre dager også. Og selv om det ikke er fest da, er jeg opptatt av at man skal spise god mat hver dag. Og med god mat mener jeg ikke dyre råvarer og kompliserte fremgangsmåter, men ærlig mat som består av skikkelige råvaer og er tilberedt med kjærlighet.

Da er middagen servert og så ønsker jeg deg en strålende uke. Og husk å fortsatt vaske hender og hold den nødvendige avstanden. <3
