Pizza er godt og kan varieres i det uendelige. Har du tenkt på at det er en super måte å bruke rester på. Nesten alt kan legges på pizzaen. Kjøtt, pålegg, ost, fisk og grønnsaker. Kanskje ikke fiskegratengen, men det meste ellers da. I dag var det en ensom ytrefilet i fryseren som fikk følge av fargerik paprika. Med litt ruccola på toppen ble min pizza med biff og paprika en fest både for gane og øye.

Når det gjelder pizzabunnen er det delte meninger. Noen vil ha den tynne, sprøe italienske varianten, mens andre sverger til en tykkere, mykere amerikanske varianten. Hjemme hos oss er det den førstnevnte som gjelder. Vi er så heldige å ha en ovn som blir ekstra varm og som i tillegg har bakesten. Det gir oss akkurat den type pizza vi ønsker. Har du en vanlig ovn med vanlige stekebrett, er det allikevel mulig å få til sprø bunn. Sett ovnen på max. varme og la stekebrettet stå inni ovnen til pizzaen skal stekes. Bruk varmluft og gjerne undervarme. På den måten  På den måten er en sprø pizzabunn bare noen minutter unna.

Ingredienser

  • 10 dl hvetemel
  • 4 dl vann
  • 4 ss olivenolje
  • 50 gr gjær
  • 1 ts salt
  • 200 gr ytrefilet
  • 1/2 rød paprika
  • 1/2 gul paprika
  • pizzasaus
  • 200 gr revet Jarlsberg
  • oregano
  • chiliflak
  • ruccolasalat til servering

Fremgangsmåte

  • Varm vannet opp til 37 grader og løs opp gjæren i det lunkne vannet.
  • Bland mel og salt i en bolle og ha oppi gjærvannet og oljen.
  • Elt deigen godt og la den heve til dobbel størrelse.
  • Forvarm ovnen til max. varme. Bruk pizzasten om du har det hvis ikke, la stekebrettet stå inne i ovnen og bli skikkelig varmt.
  • Mens deigen hever lages tomatsausen.
  • Skjær biffen i tynne skiver og paprikaen i tynne strimler
  • Der deigen i 6 dersom du skal lage porsjonspizzaer eller 2 dersom du lager langpannestore.
  • Kjvle ut deigen til tynne leiver.
  • Smør tomatsausen utover leivene og smør utover tomatsusen og legg på ost, biff og paprika. Dryss over oregano og chiliflak.
  • Stek til pizzaene har fått sprø bunn og osten er gyllen og bobler.

Server straks med ruccola salat. Vel bekomme.
