Det er juni, og vi er midt inne i rabarbrasesongen, og det gjelder å gjøre max ut av det. Det er mye godt man kan lage med disse stilkene og her får du mine 5 beste oppskrifter med rabrabra.

Rabarbrasyltetøy

Dette syltetøyet er søtt, syrlig og har en litt eksotisk kryddersmak, for det er smaksatt med stjerneanis, lime og vanilje. Det er kanskje en litt uvanlig kombinasjon,  men kan absolutt anbefales på det varmeste.

 

Smuldrepai med rabarbra

Dette er en utrolig enkel dessert å lage, og den faller i smak hos de aller fleste. Litt malte mandler i toppingen gir god smak.

Dette er en dessert som har høy bestemorfaktor, men det er ikke noe galt i det i mine øyne. Min bestemor var utrolig flink til å lage mat, så det er en hedersbetegnelse, altså.

Det vanligste er kanskje å lage strudl med epler, men det blir faktisk veldig godt med rabarbra også, så om du trenger en et alternativ til smuldrepaien kan denne absolutt brukes. I min versjon er det syrlig rabarbra, søte rosiner og sprø, flakete deig rundt. Herlig.

 

Rabarbrasuppe med ingefær og snøegg

Kald rabarbrasuppe smaker trolig godt i varmen. Denne har fått litt ekstra smak i form av ingefær og brunt sukker. Det gir en litt pikant smak i tillegg til den vanlig sursøte smaken som rabarbra og sukker har.
