Her har jeg laget en ny ukemeny. Som vanlig består den av både kjøtt, fisk, fugl og masse grønnsaker. Jeg tror fast og bestemt at kjernen i et sunt kosthold er et variert kosthold. Et annet godt prinsipp for et godt kosthold er uttalt av den kjente amerikanske NY Times journalisten Michael Pollan. Han sier følgende:

Følger man dette, tror jeg man har kommet et langt stykke på veien til et sunt kosthold. Og det å planlegge flere middager fremover, tror jeg er med på å sikre at akkurat det skjer. Da er det lettere å sikre at det blir nok fiskemåltider og grønnsaker til hvert måltid.
