REKLAME – Det svømmer så uendelig mange forskjellige fisker rundt i havet, så hvorfor begrense seg til å spise bare noen få. Det er en hel verden bortenfor torsk, sei og laks. Ta uer for eksempel. Denne røde, storøyde saken er faktisk en veldig god fisk. Den har en forholdsvis mild smak og er fast i fisken. På grunn av det siste, egner den seg godt til steking. Så når jeg fikk tak i noen flotte uerfileter, ble det stekt uerfilet med grønnsaker i pitabrød. Dette er en super enkel og velsmakende middag, eller lunsjrett.

Dersom du ønsker å spise skinnet, som blir sprøtt og deilig når det stekes, må skjellen skrapes av. Det er jo en liten jobb, men aldeles ikke uoverkommelig. Gidder du ikke det, tar du bare skinnet av etter at fisken er stekt. Men jeg anbefaler å gjøre den lille jobben, for skinnet er snadder altså. Ellers er denne retten laget på et blunk med mindre du vil bake pitabrødene og lage tzatzikien fra bunnen av, da.

Ingredienser

  • 600 gr uerfilet
  • salt og pepper
  • olje til steking
  • 1 hjertesalat
  • 2 tomater
  • 1/2 agurk
  • 1 liten rødløk
  • 1/2 fenikkel
  • urter som persille, mynte og koriander
  • tzatziki
  • pitabrød

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skrap skjellene av fiskeskinnet og sjekk at det ikke sitter noen ben i filetene. Server
  • Del filetene i passelige porsjonsstykker og skjær små snitt i skinnet.
  • Krydre filetene med salt og pepper og stek på middels varme i 3-4 minutter med skinnsiden ned. Snu og stek i 2-3 minutter på den andre siden. Steketiden vil variere litt med tykkelsen på filetene. De jeg hadde var ganske tynne.
  • Varm opp pitabrødene.
  • Rens salaten og skjær grønnsakene i tynne skiver eller strimler.
  • Server pitabrødene med salat, grønnsaker og fisk og en god klatt tzatziki på toppen, eller du kan gjerne sette frem fisk og alle grønnsakene hver for seg, slik at alle kan fylle sitt pitabrød med det de måtte ønske.

Blir det ekstra salat igjen, kan den serveres ved siden av. Vel bekomme.

Uer er veldig godt, jeg liker uer og sei så uendelig mye bedre enn torsk må jeg si. Eller «øuar» som man sier på min opprinnelige dialekt nordfra. nam nam
