I dag var det sommertempetraturer ute selv om det fortsatt er mars. Det fikk meg i stemning for sommermat. En av de mest sommeraktige tingene jeg kan tenke meg er tzatziki. Den greske yoghurt dressingen som passer til nesten all grillmat, fisk og alt mulig annet man spiser om sommeren. I utgangspunktet er ikke det greske mitt favorittkjøkken, men den syrlige yoghurten, den svalende agurken og det lille kicket fra rå hvitløk er så avgjort deilig på en varm dag.

Ingredienser

  • 3 dl yoghurt naturell (gresk type)
  • 1 slangeagurk
  • ½ ts salt
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 ts pepper
  • 2 ss sitronsaft
  • 2 ts olivenolje

Fremgangsmåte

  • Hell yoghurten i et kaffefilter og la det renne av seg et par timer.
  • Riv agurken på den grove siden på rivjernet, og press ut saften av agurkstrimlene.
  • Bland alle ingrediensene sammen og sett tzatzikien kaldt til servering.

Dette er en ypperlig dip/dressing til grillmat og stekt kjøtt
