Dette er en slager fra kinarestauranten, men ikke mindre god av den grunn. Mør kylling, sprøe grønnsaker og en saus som er akkurat så pikant som du selv velger – det er faktisk ikke en dårlig kombinasjon. Dessuten er det sunn og god hverdagsmat som er rask å lage.

Ingredienser

  • 500 gr kyllingfilet
  • litt olje til steking
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 ss revet ingefær
  • 1 brokkolihode
  • 2 røde paprika
  • 1 liten boks hermetisk ananas
  • 1 liten neve cachewnøtter uten salt
  • 2 dl tropisk juice
  • 1 ss tomatpure
  • 2 ts riseddik
  • 1 rød chili
  • nykvernet pepper
  • evt saft fra ananasboksen

Fremgangsmåte

  • Å lage wok går fort når tingene skal i woken, så skjær alt opp på forhånd.
  • Skjær kyllingfileten i strimler. Hakk hvitløk og riv ingefær. Del brokkolien i små buketter og skjær paprikaene i biter. Del ananasen i biter.
  • Kok opp juicen, tomatpure, riseddik og chili i en liten gryte. La det koke til det tykner litt. Smak til sausen og juster om du vil ha den søtere, surere eller sterkere.
  • Varm opp woken med olje og ha oppi kyllingstrimlene. Rørestek til de er ferdige.
  • Ta kyllingen ut av woken og ha oppi grønnsakene.
  • Tilsett 1/2 dl vann for å få fart på stekingen.
  • Når grønnsakene er møre, tilsett kyllingen igjen og hell over sausen. Rørestek i ett minutt eller to til alt er varmt.

Server straks med ris ved siden av. Vel bekomme.
