REKLAME – Du vet kyllinglår som har et skikkelig sprøtt skinn som smaker deilig av krydder og samtidig har kjøtt som er saftig – det er de optimalt tilberedte kyllinglårene for meg. Og akkurat sånn ble disse – supersaftige sprøstekte kyllinglår.

For en liten stund siden fikk jeg en airfryer fra COSORI for å teste den ut. Produsenten lover at med en airfryer kan du halvere tilberedningstiden og redusere bruken av fett betydelig. Det høres jo ut som en drøm, og jeg var spent på å teste ut dette vidunderet i praksis. Kan det leve opp til forventningene? Airfryer har blitt mektig populært i USA, så det må jo være en grunn til det.

Det første jeg legger merke til er at air fryer’en er svært enkel å bruke. Det er forhåndsinnstilte programmer for forskjellige råvarer som fisk, kjøtt, grønnsaker, pommes frittes etc. og min erfaring er at disse programmene fungerer. Dette er så enkelt at selv barn kan klare det, og få godt resultat. For å teste air fryeren falt valget på kyllinglår. Og de ble faktisk så gode at jeg har laget dem flere ganger på nokså kort tid.

Jeg laget dem i en air fryer fra COSOSRI og det var faktisk lett som en plett. Jeg gnei lårene med en krydderblanding og så bitte litt olivenolje før jeg la dem i air fryeren som sørget for resten etter bare ett tastetrykk. En god del fortere enn i vanlig ovn gikk det også.

Og akkurat det siste er for tiden et viktig poeng for meg. Jeg har en jobb der jeg slutter forholdsvis sent og har en lang reisevei hjem. Så da forstår du sikkert at jeg ikke er så interessert i å bruke lang tid på å få middagen i stand. Men altså med denne air fryeren har jeg middagen klar på en liten halvtime. Ikke dårlig når det innebærer både sprøstekte kyllinglår og en lukseriøs risotto.

Mens kyllinglårene godgjorde seg i air fryeren fikset jeg tilbehøret og voila, middagen var klar før jeg for alvor ble hangry.

Ingredienser

  • 2 kyllinglår med skinn og ben
  • 1/2 ts paprikapulver
  • 1/2 ts hvitløkspulver
  • 1/2 ts løkpulver
  • 1/2 ts pepper
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 2 ts olivenolje
  • 150 gr spinat
  • 1 sjalottløk
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 1,5 dl risottoris (jeg bruker arborioris)
  • 1 ts hvitvinseddig
  • 1/2 terning kyllingbuljong
  • Kokende vann
  • 30 gr revet parmesan
  • 2 ss smør

Fremgangsmåte

  • Forvarm air fryeren til 195 grader.
  • Bland alle krydderene sammen og gni kyllinglårene både på skinnsiden og kjøttsiden med krydderblandingen.
  • Gni lårene med olivenoljen.
  • Legg kyllinglårene med skinnsiden ned i air fryer kurven og velg kyllingprogrammet.
  • Etter halv tid snus kyllinglårene slik at de ligger med skinnsiden opp den siste tiden.

 

  • Mens kyllinglårene stekes lages risottoen.
  • Rens spinaten og forvell halvparten. Legg spinaten i iskaldt vann etter at den er forvellet. Ta den opp og klem ut vann.
  • Kjør med en stavmixer den forvellede spinaten sammen med litt vann til alt er most. Sett til side.
  • Finhakk sjalottløk og hvitløk og fres i litt olje til løken har blitt blank.
  • Tilsett risen og fortsette å fres til også den har blitt blank men ikke har tatt farge.
  • Tilsett ca. 1 dl kokende vann og vineddiken og la risen småkoke/trekke til nesten alt vannet er trukket inn i risen.
  • Tilsett mer vann sammen med den halve buljongterningen. Fortsett å røre til vannet er absorbert.
  • Fortsett med dette til det har gått ca. 20 minutter. Da skal risen bare ha en liten fast kjerne igjen.
  • Tilsett da den spinatmosen og rør inn parmesanen. Pass på at risottoen ikke blir tørr. Tilsett mer vann om nødvendig. Tilsett også resten av spinaten og rør til den har falt sammen og blitt myk.
  • Når risen er ferdig kokt røres smøret inn.

Server de sprøstekte kyllinglårene med risottoen.
