Så går vi straks inn i den siste hele uken før julen ringes inn. Det betyr en hektisk uke for de fleste. Det er ting som skal gjøre ferdig på jobb før ferien, og dersom det ikke er avlyst er det avslutninger på jobb, skole, barnehage, med venner og så videre. I tillegg er det alt som gjerne skal gjøres hjemme; baking, godterilaging, vasking, rydding, pussing og sikkert mye jeg har glemt. Da kan det være greit å ha noen kjappe middager i ermet (eller helst ikke i ermet da, men i hvert fall planlagt). Derfor har jeg satt sammen en ukemeny med retter som enten er veldig raske å lage i stand eller som krever lite arbeid. I den første kategorien er minestronesuppen, tacosuppen og spagettiretten. I den andre kategorien er den ovnsbakte ørreten som bare er å legge på et stekebrett sammen med litt forskjellige grønnsaker og så å sette inn i ovnen. Det samme gjelder kotelettene – legg i et ovnsfast og sett i ovnen. Det eneste som krever litt arbeid og tilstedeværelse er risottoen, men det er jo lørdagskveld. Så hvorfor ikke sette på litt musikk, helle opp noe godt i glasset og bruke den halvtimen det tar å lage denne. Det er verdt det.
