Noen ganger har jeg bare lyst på noe skikkelig godt, men har ikke tid eller lyst til å bruke veldig mye tid. Da er denne retten med spagetti med sitron og reker et funn. Den tar ikke mer enn 5 minutter lengre å lage enn det tar å koke spagettien. Det er altså nesten like raskt som å koke spagetti og klæsje på med ketchup, men såååå mye bedre. Det er rett og slett en helt annen divisjon. Vel, tidsangivelsen gjelder dersom du har ferdige pillede reker, ellers tar det nok litt lengre tid.

De fleste av oss spiser for lite fisk og annen sjømat. Kanskje har det med vane å gjøre, og kanskje skyldes det at vi tenker det er litt tungvint og tar lang tid. Men det er absolutt ikke alltid tilfelle. Vi kan kjøpe ferdige fileter, ferdig vaskede blåskjell, eller pillede reker. Dette er fast food, folkens. Fisk har også som regel kortere tilberedningstid enn kjøtt. Trenger du litt inspirasjon, kan du sjekke ut kategorien fisk og sjømat på bloggen. Her har jeg mer enn 50 oppskrifter, da skulle det vel være mulig å finne noe godt som frister.

Ingredienser

  • spagetti til 2 personer
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 rød chili
  • 1 sitron, skallet og litt saft
  • 4 ss olivenolje
  • 200 gr pillede reker
  • persille
  • nykvernet pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok spagettien som anvist på pakken.
  • Mens spagettien koker, finhakk hvitløk og chili og riv skallet på sitronen fint.
  • Varm oljen i en gryte og tilsett hvitløk, chili og sitronskall. La det trekke på middels lav varme i 3-4 minutter.
  • Når det er 2 minutter igjen av koketiden til spagettien, tilsett rekene i oljen og la dem bli varme.
  • Ta vare på litt av spagettivannet og hell av resten.
  • Bland spagettien i oljen og rør godt. Dersom det blir litt tørt tilsett et par spiseskjeer av kokevannet
  • Tilsett grovhakket persille.
  •  Server med en god skvis sitronjuice og nykvernet pepper.
