Tacosuppe er skikkelig godt og helt sikkert populært hos både store og små. Her får du alle de kjente tacosmakene i en suppebolle. Suppen er i bunn og grunn en godt krydret tomatsuppe med stekt karbonadedeig, bønner og paprika oppi. Men i tillegg til det kommer alt det gode du kan finne på å toppe suppen med.  Det er egentlig bare fantasien som setter stopper for hva du kan toppe suppen med. Noen forslag er terninger av agurk, tomat, avokado eller løk. Litt rømme eller revet ost. Dryss gjerne over litt friske urter om du har, eller noen knuste tortilla chips.

Mens jeg skriver dette uler vinden ut og pisker regnet mot vinduene. Da er jeg glad for at jeg ikke trenger å gå ut, og det blir ekstra deilig å sette seg ned med en bolle tacosuppe og kjenne at den varmer og gjør godt i hele kroppen.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr karbonadedeig
  • olje til steking
  • 1 rød løk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 pakke tacokrydder
  • 1 boks hakkede tomater
  • 1 l oksebuljong
  • 1 grønn paprika
  • 1 boks sorte bønner (eller andre bønner du liker)

Fremgangsmåte

  • Hakk løk og hvitløk og fres det i litt olje på middels varme til løken har blitt myk og falt sammen.
  • Tilsett karbonadedeigen og stek til den har blitt grynete og fått fin brun farge.
  • Ha oppi tacokrydderet og bland godt.
  • Tilsett tomatene og buljongen og kok opp.
  • Skjær paprikaen i små terninger og ha i suppen.
  • Ta bønnene ut av boksen og skyll godt og ha det oppi suppen også.
  • Smak om suppen trenger mer krydder.
  • La det småkoke til alt har blitt varmt.
