Det høres kanskje litt råflott ut med koteletter med tomater og vin på en hverdag. Men kanskje har du en liten rest vin igjen etter helgen, eller så har du kanskje en flaske med matvin stående. Den lille slanten med vin gir i hvert fall sausen en mye mer spennende smak synes jeg. Det er uansett ikke store mengdene med vin det er snakk om, og den kan også erstattes med litt buljong og hvitvinseddik, om du ikke har vin.

Kotelettene blir best om de får god tid i ovnen. Mens de er der, krever de imidlertid ingen ting av deg, så da kan du gjøre noe annet.

Ingredienser

  • 4 nakkekoteletter
  • olje til steking
  • salt og pepper
  • 5 tomater
  • 1 løk
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 dl hvitvin eller tørr sherry
  • 2 dl vann
  • 1 liten kvast salvie

Fremgangsmåte

  • Forvarm ovnen til 175 grader.
  • Salt og pepre kotelettene godt på begge sider.
  • Varm oljen i en stekepanne og brun kotelettene pent på begge sider.
  • Hakk tomatene grovt, finhakk hvitløken og skjær løken i båter.
  • Legg grønnsakene i bunnen av en ildfast form sammen med salvien og legg kotelettene oppå.
  • Kok ut pannen med vinen og tilsett den samt vannet i den ildfaste formen.
  • Dekk formen med aluminiumsfolie, eller lokk om den har det. Stek i 45 minutter.
  • Øk varmen til 200 grader og ta av lokket og stek i ytterligere 30 minutter.

Server med en frisk salat ved siden av og gjerne kokte poteter eller potetstappe.

Tips

Om du ikke har vin, kan du erstatte med oksebuljong med 1 ts hvitvinseddik.
