Pizza på fredager har i årevis vært en fast tradisjon hjemme hos oss. I den seneste tiden har jeg fått et visst behov for variasjon, men pizzaen står fortsatt ofte på bordet når gudskjelovkvelden senker seg istova. Pizzaen er temmelig lik fra uke til uke. Vi bruker tomatsaus og pepperoni under osten. Og osten må selvsagt være Jarlsberg. I flere år kunne ikke Lillemor ikke spise noe med melk. Det var ikke noe problem, for da var det greit å bare la være å ta ost på en del av pizzaen.

Men når det gjelder pizza, er det jo bare fantasien som setter grenser for hva man kan ha på den. Det kan være forskjellige typer kjøtt, biff, kjøttdeig, pølse, bacon eller skinke. Eller hva med fisk – laks, ansjos, blåskjell eller reker. Noen sverger til vegeratpizza og siden utvalget av grønnsaker er stort kan det bli utrolig mange forskjellige varianter.

Oppskriften rekker til 4 ikke veldig sultne personer, eller til tre som er nokså sultne.

Ingredienser

  • 2 dl vann
  • 25 gr. gjær
  • 2 ss olivenolje
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 5 dl hvetemel
  • --
  • 1 liten løk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • olivenolje til steking
  • 1 boks hakkede tomater
  • 2 ss tomatpuré
  • 1 toppet ts mørk buljong
  • nykvernet pepper
  • oregano
  • pizzakrydder
  • --
  • 3 dl revet ost
  • pepperonipølse i skiver

Fremgangsmåte

  • Varm opp vannet til 37 grader og rør ut gjæren i vannet.
  • Ha melet i en bolle og ha i salt.
  • Hell i gjærblandingen og oljen og elt til deigen er smidig.
  • La den heve i minst 30 minutter.
  • Imens kan tomatsausen lages. Finhakk løk og hvitløk. Varm oljen i en kasserolle og ha i løken. La det surre til det er blankt. Ha i resten av ingrediensene. La det koke i minst 20 minutter. Men sausen blir bedre jo lenger den får koke. Pass på at den ikke er for våt.
  • Sett ovnen på 230 grader.
  • Kjevle ut deigen til en størrelse som dekker bakeplaten.
  • Smør på tomatsausen og ha på pepperoni og ost og dryss over mer pizzakrydder.
  • Stek i 15 minutter.

Server gjerne med en grønn salat. Ha en god fredag, og vel bekomme.

lag en nydelig pizza med peppes italienske pizzasaus, first-price ost (revet, mye mindre fett og bedre på smak til pizza!) , peppes pepperoni og rødløk som legges oppå osten for en MYE bedre smak! 🙂 Og så må du ha Litt Bedre rømmedressing 🙂 Hvis du vil ha en pizza til , bruk ketchup som pizzasaus og ha på ost, og legg skinkebiter oppå osten sammen med rødløk og paprika <3 Gjett hva jeg SKAL lage i kveld <3

Det herlige med pizza er at den er så lett å variere og alle har noe de liker og som gjør at det blir deres egen spesielle variant. 🙂
