Det å bruke blåmuggost på pizzaen er kanskje litt uvant, men jeg lover – det er veldig godt. Pizza med blåmuggost og skinke er en skikkelig smaksbombe. Blåmuggosten er både skarp, krydret og salt på en gang. Det blir det god pizza av. Fordi osten har så mye smak, har jeg valgt en skinketype som ikke stjeler for mye av oppmerksomheten, nemlig vanlig kokt skinke.

Du tenker kanskje at pizza ikke er sommermat? Men for meg er pizza så absolutt helårsmat. Det passer like godt om sommeren som om vinteren å kose seg med en pizza. Dersom du må lage mat og spise ute, går det fint an å grille pizzaen. Da kjevler du ut deigen først og steker den noen minutter på den ene siden for deretter å snu den. Så kan du legge på fyllet og legge på lokket og steke til osten har smeltet og blitt gyllen. Har du pizzastein kan du selvsagt bruke den i grillen også. Da gjør du som du pleier, bare inni grillen istedet for i ovnen. En grønn salat med ruccola er alltid godt ved siden av.

Ingredienser

  • 10 dl hvetemel
  • 4 dl vann
  • 4 ss olivenolje
  • 50 gr gjær
  • 1 ts salt
  • Idas pizzasaus
  • kokt skinke
  • blå selbu eller annen blåmuggost
  • mozzarella
  • tørket oregano
  • ruccola til servering

Fremgangsmåte

  • Varm vannet opp til 37 grader og løs opp gjæren i det lunkne vannet.
  • Bland mel og salt i en bolle og ha oppi gjærvannet og oljen.
  • Elt deigen godt og la den heve til dobbel størrelse.
  • Forvarm ovnen til max. varme. Bruk pizzasten om du har det hvis ikke, la stekebrettet stå inne i ovnen og bli skikkelig varmt.
  • Mens deigen hever lages tomatsausen.
  • Skjær skinken i biter og del blåmuggosten i mindre biter.
  • Del deigen i 6 dersom du skal lage porsjonspizzaer eller 2 dersom du lager langpanne store pizzaer.
  • Kjvle ut deigen til tynne leiver.
  • Smør tomatsausen utover leivene  og legg på ost og skinke. Dryss over oregano.
  • Stek til pizzaene har fått sprø bunn og osten er gyllen og bobler.

Server straks med ruccola salat. Vel bekomme.
