Når det er sommer og varmt i været, er det deilig å kjøle seg ned med kald drikke. Iste er etter min mening et av de beste alternativene i så måte.God iste er lett bitter, frisk og litt søt. I tillegg kan den gjerne være parfymert av urter. Her har jeg laget iste med mynte  og lime. Jeg har brukt peppermynte, og i for store mengder synes jeg det smaker tannkrem. Derfor rekker det med bare litt. Er du veldig glad i tannkremsmaken, er det selvsagt ikke noe i veien for å bruke mer. Du kan også fint bruke annen mynte. Det finnes så mange sorter mynte, så da må du nesten bare prøve deg litt frem til du får en blanding du liker.

  • agavesirup / honning for søting

Fremgangsmåte

  • Trekk teen som vanlig sammen med myntekvistene.
  • Kjøl helt ned og tilsett limesaften.
  • Dersom du ønsker å søte isteen tilsett agavesirup eller honning til du synes den blir søt nok

Server med masse is og gjerne noen skiver lime. Vel bekomme.
