Hjemme hos oss er det veldig ofte pizza på fredager. Det går ofte i de samme variantene og da er det ofte enten med pepperoni, skinke, kjøttboller eller en vegetarvariant. Men av og til er det greit å putte noe nytt på pizzaen, som for eksempel ansjos. Mange rynker på nesen når de hører ordet ansjos, eller tenker på at de skal spise det. Men jeg synes ansjos er kjempegodt, og det brukes til mange ting man kanskje ikke tenker over, som for eksempel i den supergode dressingen til cæsarsalat, eller for å gi tapenaden et pikant lite løft. I spagetti puttanesca smeltes den i olivenolje før hvitløk, oliven, kapers og tomat blandes inn. I alle disse tilfellene er ansjosen skjult, men det er den som gir det lille ekstra til rettene. I min pizza med ansjos derimot ligger ansjosfiletene hele på pizzaen.

Ingredienser

  • 2 dl vann
  • 25 gr. gjær
  • 2 ss olivenolje
  • 5 dl hvetemel
  • 1/2 ts salt

  • 1 porsjon Idas pizzasaus

  • 16 ansjosfileter
  • 8 tyrkiske paprikaer
  • 2 mozzarellaer

Fremgangsmåte

  • Varm vannet opp til 37 grader og løs opp gjæren i det lunkne vannet.
  • Bland mel og salt i en bolle og ha oppi gjærvannet og oljen.
  • Elt deigen godt og la den heve til dobbel størrelse.
  • Mens deigen hever lages tomatsausen.
  • Sett ovnen på så høy temperatur som mulig og bruk gjerne pizzasten om du har det.
  • Når deigen er ferdig kjevles den ut i en stor eller fire porsjonspizzaer.
  • Fordel saus og fyll på pizzaene og stek dem til skorpen er stek og osten smeltet og begynner å boble opp.
  • Steketiden vil avhende av hvor varm ovnen din blir, men med høy varme går det fort, så følg nøye med.
