Å finne ut hva man skal ha til middag, kan være litt av en oppgave sånn fem på halv sulten. Kanskje har du rasket med deg en pakke kyllingfilet fra super’n på vei hjem, eller du en pakke liggende i kjøleskapet allerede. Men du er jo fortsatt ikke i mål. Du skal ha kylling til middag,ja vel, men hva skal du gjøre med den? Nedenfor finner du fem oppskrifter som er lette å lage og garantert vil falle i smak hos de fleste.

Denne kyllingsuppen er skikkelig digg.  Ingredienslisten ser kanskje lang ut, men den er faktisk ganske rask og enkel å lage. Ingredienser som currypaste, risnudler, kokosmelk og buljong er ting jeg alltid har i hus, resten er grønnsaker som du selvsagt kan bytte ut med andre om du ikke har alt som står på listen.

Squash fylt med kylling, tomat og urter

En skikkelig god middag som ligger godt i magen. Utgangspunktet her her squash og kyllingkjøttdeig som sammen med tomater og urter får en litt italiensk vri. Vel verdt å prøve, synes jeg.

Meksikansk kyllinggryte

Hvem liker ikke mat med meksikanske smaker? Jeg tror ikke denne gryten er noe unntak, alle vil like denne. Kylling sammen med masse grønnsaker og litt tacoaktig smak er en sikker vinner både hos store og små.

Cæsarsalat

Hvis jeg først skal spise salat på restaurant, er det  cæsarsalat jeg velger hver eneste gang. Den er bare så god. Saftig kylling, sprø brødkrutonger og frisk salat er en skikkelig god kombinasjon. Og da har jeg ikke nevnt dressingen ennå, for når jeg skal være ærlig, og det skal man jo helst være, så er det nettopp dressingen som gjør denne salaten til en vinner. Men denne salaten og dressingen er ikke vanskelig å lage hjemme. Så hvorfor ikke diske opp med denne neste gang du skal ha kylling til middag?

Av og til har jeg bare lyst på litt saftig kylling med en god saus til å mose potetene ned i. Denne retten er akkurat sånn. Å posjere kylling er ikke vanskelig og resultatet blir saftig og godt. Sausen lager jeg av kraften kyllingen er posjert i.
