Gleder du deg til påske? Det gjør jeg. Endelig kommer det noen velfortjente fridager som jeg skal tilbringe sammen med familie og venner og slappe skikkelig godt av. Som alltid står maten sentralt i mine planer. Jeg mener man skal spise god mat hver dag, og ferier er selvsagt ikke noe unntak. I ferien er det imidlertid litt bedre tid, og dermed også tid til å lage litt annen mat enn den som lages til hverdag.

Nedenfor finner du mitt forslag til en slow-food uke. Visste du at det har vært tradisjon langs Oslofjorden å spise skjell på Skjærtorsdag? Det er det altså, og derfor har jeg lagt inn en skjellmiddag der. På påskeaften er det sikkert mange som vil ha lam. Her har jeg funnet frem en oppskrift på surret lammestek. Jeg synes det er så mye mer lettvint enn å bakse med et digert lår. På bloggen finner du imidlertid også en oppskrift på langtidsstekt lammebog, og det går også fint å bruke samme fremgangsmåte på en lammestek med ben.

På første påskedag er det ikke uvanlig å ha en lang og god påskelunsj, gjerne sammen med noen gjester.  Jeg foreslår å sette frem litt forskjellig, kjøtt, fisk og grønnsaker og selvsagt godt brød og smør ved siden av. Om du velger å servere kaffe, te og juice ved siden av eller heller skjenker vin og øl, ja det er opp til deg. En sånn påskebuffet er også en fin måte å få brukt opp rester. Vær gjerne litt kreativ; bruk kokte grønnsaker i en omelett, skjær kjøtt opp i tynne skiver til pålegg, eller ha det i en salat.

Ha en strålende påskeferie hjemme, på hytta, i utlandet eller på jobben. Håper du finner noe som kan friste.
