Fiskekaker er som regel alltid populær mat. I hvert fall er det det hjemme hos oss. Det er også raskt å lage dersom du har en food prosessor. Har du ikke prøvd det før, anbefaler jeg det på det varmeste. Det skrives jo så mye om at vi må spise mer fisk. Dette er en super måte å få det til på. Lag gjerne dobbel porsjon og frys ned, så har du en kjapp middag en annen dag også. Eller du kan legge et par fiskekaker på brødskiven sammen med litt oppskårete grønnsaker i matboksen, og du har en sunn og god matpakke også.

Ingredienser

  • 4 store løk
  • 2 ss smør
  • 600 gr hyse
  • 2 ts salt
  • 1,7 dl melk
  • 0,5 dl fløte
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ss potetmel
  • purre eller gressløk
  • olje/smør til steking

Fremgangsmåte

  • Skjær løken i ringer og stek den i smøret til den har blitt karamellbrun. Bruk middels varm så løken ikke blir brent. Dette tar lang tid.
  • Sørg for at fiskefileten er helt benfri. Skjær den i mindre biter.
  • Dersom du vil ha purre i fiskekakene, skjæres det hvite i ringer og stekes i smør til de blir myke.
  • Kjør fisk og salt til en grov masse i en foodprosessor (ca. 30 sek).
  • Tilsett resten av ingrediensene og kjør det til en farse. Vil du ha grove fiskekaker kjører du kort tid, og vil du ha helt fine kjører du litt lengre.
  • Varm oljen eller smøret i en stekepanne.
  • Form fiskefarsen til fiskekaker. Bruk gjerne hendene til dette, men da må du dyppe dem i vann først ellers henger bare farsen fast.
  • Stek fiskekakene til de er pent gylne på begge sider.
  • Etterstek i ovnen i 10 minutter på 150 grader.
