  • 2 ferdig rensede krabbeskjell
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ss majones
  • 1 sjalottløk, finhakket
  • 1 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1 rød chili, finhakket
  • 1 kn cayennepepper
  • 2 ss persille, finhakket
  • 1/2 ts worcestersaus
  • 1/2 ts dijonsennep
  • salt og pepper
  • smør til steking

Fremgangsmåte

  • Ha alle ingrediensene unntatt krabbekjøttet og egget i en bolle og bland godt.
  • Ha oppi krabbekjøttet og egget og rør det sammen til en jevn farse. Smak til med salt og pepper.
  • Sett farsen kjølig en halv times tid.
  • Form små kaker som er litt mindre enn en golfball. Det skal bli ca. 12 kaker.
  • Stek i smør til de er gylne på begge sider.

Server med sitron og søt chilisaus til å dyppe kakene i.
