Pin

Målet mitt er å spise mer fisk, frukt og grønt og mindre kjøtt. Det betyr imidlertid ikke at jeg går av veien for et skikkelig kjøttmåltid når det passer seg sånn. Men altså, mer fisk og grønt. En måte å få til det på, er å spise fisk til flere av dagens måltider, og særlig til lunsj. Ikke et galt ord om makrell i tomat, kaviar eller en skive røkelaks på skiva, men litt variasjon er alltid flott. I dag lagde jeg en deilig og frisk makrellrøre med urter og sitron. Den falt virkelig i smak, og skled ned på høykant oppå et par knekkebrød. Røren er laget på et blunk. Det er bare å røre sammen litt rømme, majones og varmrøkt makrell og så smake det til med urter, sitron og evt. litt salt og pepper.

I hagen har jeg masse urter som nå nærmest vibrerer i all sin grønnhet og vårglede. Jeg synes det er en stor glede å trippe ut i hagen og nappe med meg forskjellige urter til å ha i maten jeg lager. Jeg har mange forskjellige, så jeg alltid kan finne noe som passer til maten jeg lager. Ofte blander jeg forskjellige for variasjonens skyld. I makrellrøren i dag brukte jeg bladpersille, gressløk og bjørnegress. De to førstnevnte er nok godt kjent mens den siste ikke er så vanlig. Den smaker litt i retning av selleri og fenikkel og passer ypperlig til all slags fisk. Det går fint an å bruke andre urter i denne røren også. For eksempel dill, kruspersille, estragon eller timian. Det er bare fantasien og tilgjengeligheten som setter grenser her.

Ingredienser

  • 1 filet varmrøkt peppermakrell
  • 2 ss lettrømme
  • 1 ss majones
  • 1 ss sitronsaft
  • 1 dl hakkede friske urter
  • 1 sjalottløk
  • evt. salt og pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Rør sammen rømme, majones og sitronsaft.
  • Hakk urtene og løken fint og ha oppi rømmeblandingen.
  • Rens makrellen for skinn og eventuelle små ben og mos med en gaffel.
  • Rør inn fisken i rømmeblandingen og smak til med evt. mer sitronsaft, salt eller pepper.

Server på grovbrød eller knekkebrød.

Tips

Jeg har brukt gressløk, bladpersille og bjørnerot, men det går fint å bruke andre urter om du liker det bedre.
