Dette blir en litt merkelig påske for de fleste av oss. Planer har gått i vasken og tradisjoner må brytes på grunnen av tiltakene som er iverksatt for å redusere smittefaren og bremse utviklingen. Dermed gjenstår det jo engentlig bare å gjøre det beste ut av situasjonen, og heldigvis er daglivarebutikkene åpne, så vi kan få kjøpt inn noe godt til påsken. Nedenfor har jeg satt sammen en meny for påskeuken. Den er variert og kanskje ikke så påskete. Men på påskeaften holder jeg meg til tradisjonen og vil servere lam. Siden vi kun blir oss fire – Husbond, Tuppen og Lillemor og jeg – velger jeg en liten surret lammestek i stedet for å steke et helt lår. Det synes jeg er praktisk og enklerer. Det blir ikke så mye rester og så slipper vi å streve med å skjære kjøttet av benet og ganske sikkert ikke få bare fine stykker.

På første påskedag har jeg i stedet for middag laget et forslag til en lang og god frokost. En sånn frokost med masse godt å velge mellom og der alle finner noe de liker er veldig koselig synes. Derfor vil jeg gjerne trekke den ut leeeenge. Helt til resten av familien protesterer.

Det er mange som ønsker å lufte seg i naturen for tiden, og det er selvfølgelig veldig forståelig. Mitt tips er å lage seg en god matpakke, lage varm sjokolade med chili på termos og ta med noen appelsiner. Fine deg et turmål som ikke så mange andre har og nyt naturen selv om det ikke akkurat er påskefjellet.  Ha en riktig god påske!
