En ny uke står for døren, og det er igjen på tide å tenke på middager i uken som kommer. Ute er det definitivt blitt høst. Morgnende og kveldene er blitt temmelig kjølige og fler og fler blader får høstfarger. For meg betyr det at lysten på salater og annen lett sommermat blir mindre, mens lysten på rotgrønnsaker, gryteretter og sopp blir tilsvarende større. Lysten på sjømat blir ikke mindre og til helgen slår jeg til med en skikkelig sjømat-bonanza. Det er jo faktisk sånn at skjell og annen sjømat blir bedre når vannet blir kaldere og slett ikke er på topp om sommeren når vi tradisjonelt liker å spise dette.
