Denne uken har jeg satt sammen en skikkelig høstmeny. På torsdag er det fårikålens dag, og har du ikke tid til å lage det den dagen, kan du jo legge det til helgen og diske opp med en skikkelig fårikålmiddag på søndag. Men lam er ikke bare fårikål. Det er mye annet godt man kan lage av lam også. Så hvorfor ikke prøve seg på noen deilige lammekebaber og servere dem med en frisk yoghurtdressing.

Som vanlig vil jeg også slå et slag for fisk og sjømat, og denne uken setter jeg både torsk og blåskjell på menyen. Torsken får en asiatisk vri med soya og blåskjellene serverer jeg med spaghetti tilberedt på samme måte som spaghetti vongole. Det er også to vegetarmiddager på menyen. En irsk-inspirert rett der poteter og  kål får spille hovedrollen og en pai fylt med karamellisert løk. Håper du finner noe som frister, og ha en strålende uke. Vel bekkomme!
