REKLAME – Du verden så godt dette var. I dag fikk tak i noen veldig gode blåskjell, og etter litt tankevirksomhet frem og tilbake bestemte jeg meg for å lage spagetti med blåskjell på samme måte som man lager spagetti vongole. Det er en veldig enkel og rask middagsrett som virkelig lar blåskjellene komme til sin rett. I denne retten får blåskjellene et lite kikk av chili og hvitløk som bare gjør dem enda bedre.

Etter min mening viser denne retten virkelig hva som er så bra med det italienske kjøkkenet. For her handler det bare om førsteklasses råvarer som tilberedes med enkel midler og lite fiksfakserier. Her er der rene smaker og ærlig tilberedning som gjelder. Ingredienslisten er kort og tilberedningsmetoden enkel. Denne retten passer derfor også ypperlig på travle dager.

Det snakkes mye om at vi burde spise mer fisk og sjømat. Mange tenker kanskje at det er vanskelig og tar lang tid å lage et sjømatmåltid, men der er absolutt ikke nødvendigvis riktig. Blåskjell, for eksempel er skikkelig fast food. Etter bare noen få minutter i gryta er de ferdige. Og så er de proppfulle av ting som er godt for oss. De inneholder masse vitaminer, mineraler og er en god proteinkilde. Så, hvorfor skulle man ikke spise mer av dette?

Ingredienser

  • 1 kg blåskjell
  • 3 sjalottløk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 4 stilker bredbladet persille
  • 1 rød chili
  • olje
  • 1 dl hvitvin
  • spagetti til 4 personer

Fremgangsmåte

  • Rens blåskjellene godt. Kast de som er knust og de som ikke lukker seg når de får et lett dunk.
  • Finhakk, løk, hvitløk, chili og persillestilkene og persillebladene - de siste skal has i til slutt.
  • Kok opp vann til spagettien.
  • Fres løk, hvitløk, chili og persillestilker til løken blir blank, men ikke har tatt farge.
  • Tilsett blåskjellene og hvitvinen og legg på lokk. La skjellene dampe i ca. 5 minutter - til alle skjellene har åpnet seg.
  • Kok spagettien et par minutter mindre enn du normalt ville gjort.
  • Mens spagettien koker, ta maten ut av blåskjellene, men legg tilbake i kraften.
  • Hell vannet av den kokte spagettien og ha spagettien oppi blåskellkraften og la det koke et par minutter til spagettien er ferdig.
  • Rør inn finhakket persille og server straks, gjerne med et glass hvitvin ved siden av.

Tips

Ringle gjerne litt god olivenolje over til slutt for ekstra god smak.
