–  Hvis du lager torsk på denne måten, kan vi godt ha det flere ganger.  Det er ikke så ofte at Tuppen uttaler seg positivt om hvit fisk, men denne gangen gjorde hun altså det. Og det får mitt mammahjerte til å slå salto av pur glede. Endelig en torskerett som ikke er fiskegrateng eller fiskepinner som slo an, og når sant skal sies så var det riktig så godt med soyaglassert torsk. Men hele hemmeligheten var nok litt knallsterk thai chili som «kamuflerte» fiskesmaken.  Så har du også et problem med hvit fisk, men liker hot asiatisk mat, har jeg en knallsterk (tok du den) anbefaling altså. Soyaglassert torsk er rett og slett en skikkelig digg middagsrett som ikke tar all verdens tid å lage i stand.

Her serverte jeg fisken med sesamnudler med nykål og fordi jeg hadde litt spinat i kjøleskapet som måtte brukes slang jeg det også oppi nudlene sammen med kålen og vårløk. Det ble riktig så godt. Har du ikke lyst på nudler kan du like gjerne servere med ris og kokte grønnsaker ved siden av.

Ingredienser

  • 600 gr torskefilet uten ben og skinn
  • 1/2 dl østerssaus
  • 1 ss soyasaus
  • 1 ss nøytral olje
  • 1 thai chili i tynne ringer.
  • 1 ss smør
  • salt og pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Krydre fisken forsiktig med salt og pepper.
  • Varm oljen i en stekepanne på middels varme.
  • Ha oppi chili, østerssaus og soyasaus og varm opp til det bobler forsiktig.
  • Legg fisken i pannen og la den trekke forsiktig til den nesten er ferdig kokt (3-5 min avhengig av tykkelsen på fileten).
  • Snu fisken, tilsett smør og øs sausen over fisken og stek et par minuttter til.

Server straks sammen med for eksempel sesamnudler med nykål.
