Blomkål og kikertsuppe kommer kommer definitivt i denne kategorien.  Suppen er fløyelsmyk og har en mild smak, og salvien gir den et lite løft. Servert sammen med spørstekte frø og kjerner på toppen blir dette en nydelig hverdagsmiddag. Kikerter i suppen sørger for at den metter ekstra godt.

Ingredienser

  • 1 stort blomkålhode
  • 1 boks kikerter
  • 1,5 l vann
  • 1 ts salt
  • nykvernet pepper
  • 7-8 salvieblad + 20 til fritering
  • 1 dl fløte
  • 1 ts olivenolje
  • 2 ss solsikkefrø
  • 2 ss gresskarkjerner

Fremgangsmåte

  • Del blomkålhodet i små buketter.
  • Hell vannet av kikertene og gni dem i et kjøkkenhåndkle slik at skallet løsner (kan droppes, men å fjerne skallet gir en glattere suppe.
  • Kok opp vann og tilsett blomkål og kikerter, og la det koke til blomkålen er helt myk.
  • Mens suppen koker: Varm opp oljen i en liten stekepanne og stek solsikkekjerner og gresskarfrø til de blir spør og begynner å poppe. Hell over på et kjøkkenpapir slik at oljen kan renne av. Sett til side.
  • Varm litt olje i en liten kjele og friter salviebladene. Legg over på kjøkkenpapir og sett til side.
  • Fisk salviebladene ut av suppen, tilsett fløten og kjør suppen helt glatt med en stavmikser.
  • Smak til med salt og pepper.

Server med frø og salvieblad.
