Pin

Denne uken skal tusenvis av barn og ungdommer tilbake til skolen. Det betyr også at de fleste voksne er tilbake på jobben og at hverdagen definitivt er tilbake. Litt godt synes jeg, for med hverdagen kommer også de faste rutinene. De små vanene som får dagene til å flyte uten for mye gruff. Vi gjør ting uten å tenke så mye på hvorfor, det bare virker. Sånn er det med maten også.  Det å lage en ukemeny og handle inn det som trengs er en sånn god vane. Den sparer mye tid i hverdagen og gjør det lettere når man kommer hjem fra jobb og skal ha mat på bordet i løpet av ganske kort tid. Nedenfor finner du mitt forslag til en ukemeny med godt og som vanlig er det både kjøtt, fisk, fugl og masse grønnsaker. Håper du finner noe som kan friste og inspirere til gode måltider.
