Det har vært skrevet så mye om skam i sommer. Vi skal visst skamme oss over det meste, også det å spise kjøtt. I stedet for all denne skammen som jeg tror ikke er sunn har jeg heller lyst til å være stolt. Stolt over at jeg spier stadig mer frukt og grønt. Derfor står jeg nå frem som #grønnsakstolt. Det er bra for meg, lommeboken og miljøet. Så i grunnen er det bare å sette i gang. Mine ambisjoner i så måte er å spise mer frukt, grønt og også sjømat og i større grad forsøke å bruke kjøtt mer som et tilbehør enn som hovedretten.  I denne ukens middagsmeny har jeg gjort nettopp det. Her finner du to rene vegetarmiddager, to sjømatmiddager og en kyllingrett. Så er det to middager med kjøtt og i begge to er det ganske små mengder kjøtt.  Ha en strålende uke og vel bekomme!
