Nå har definitivt siste rest av sommer forsvunnet. Ute plasker regnet mot rutene og det skal det visst gjøre i flere dager nå. Kanskje ikke det ideelle været for høstferien, men da kan man jo kose seg desto mer inne med varme på peisen, stearinlys, ullsokker og en god bok. Ikke så galt det heller. Men mat må man jo ha og om været ikke frister til å gå ut, blir det jo mer tid til å kose seg inne på kjøkkenet og lage noe godt, for seg selv og/eller noen man er glad i. I ukemenyen nedenfor har jeg inkludert den mest populære vegetarretten på bloggen., nemlig melanzane alla parmigiana. Det er skiver av aubergine som er lagt lagvis med mozarella og tomatsaus.  deretter bakes det hele i ovnen til de tre ingrediensene har gått opp i en høyere enhet.

Eller hva med å prøve den kanskje litt uvanlige kombinasjonen av kylling og varme druer. Uvanlig kanskje, men skikkelig godt. Ellers er det som vanlig både fisk og kjøtt og masse grønnsaker på menyen. Vel bekomme, og ha en riktig god uke der du måtte være.
