Jippi, skoleferie. Selv om jeg ikke går på skolen og barna mine er så store at det ikke gjør den store forskjellen for oss, betyr det at ting roer seg ned. Det er færrre folk på bussen, det er færre telefoner å svare på og mindre mail og ting faller i et litt roligere tempo. Det er deilig. Om bare varmen kunne komme også.

Denne uken har jeg laget en kjøttfri ukemeny. Butikkene blir stadig fullere av gode grønnsaker som faktisk er i sesong akkurat nå. Derfor er det deilig å bare kunne fråtse i frukt og grønnsaker som smaker best akkurat nå. Menyen inneholder også litt fisk og sjømat, for det hører jo også sommeren til. Jeg håper du finner noe som frister. Ha en strålende uke, og vel bekomme!
