Nedenfor finner du mitt forslag til ukemeny for den kommende uken. Som vanlig finner du litt av hvert i menyen og dermed håper jeg du finner noe som frister til å forsøke. Denne uken har jeg stort sett funnet inspirasjon rundt middelhavet. Her er det en deilig rustikk tomatsuppe, spagetti med skikkelig masse gode smaker og klassisk pizza med kjøttboller fra Italia, det er saftig kylling med estragonsaus og og en mektig fiskesuppe fra Frankrike og fylte paprikaer fra Spania. Det siste er en skikkelig favoritt i familien vår. Paprikaene er fylt med deilig krydret kjøttfyll og har fått en liten ostedyne på toppen. Dette er virkelig snaddermat. Tilslutt har jeg slengt inn asiatiske fiskekaker sånn bare for å rote det litt til. Men det er helt OK, for de er nemlig knallgode.
