Vi er fortsatt inne i vårt eksperiment med et kosthold etter retningslinjer fra EAT-Lancet rapporten. Disse retningslinjene skisserer mye frukt og grønnsaker, bønner linser og belgfrukter og mindre kjøtt, fisk og fjærkre.  Menyen nedenfor er basert på disse retningslinjene. Jeg tror imidlertid ingen vil savne noe dersom de velger å følge denne menyen, for her er det fullt av gode retter proppfulle av gode og varierte smaker. La deg gjerne inspirere til å spise litt mer frukt og grønt.

Grove kornprodukter står også på anbefalingslisten og jeg pleier å sørge for å få en god dose av det til frokost. Da spiser jeg gjerne havregrøt eller granola med frukt og bær. Ha en flott uke og vel bekomme.
