Jeg håper du har hatt en fin helg og nå er klar for en ny uke. Tenk at vi nå skriver mai. Det er en herlig tid. Fuglene kvitrer om kapp, trærne er lysegrønne og dagene blir varmere.  Jeg har brukt formiddagen i dag til å jobbe litt i hagen, og er virkelig forbauset over hvor mye som har skjedd den siste uken.  Gressløken har blitt ganske så stor, rabarbraen har fått store blader og små blomster titter frem både her og der. Det er virkelig en herlig tid.  Samtidig som naturen våkner opp får jeg også hver år et sterkt behov for å spise lettere og grønnere mat. Sånn er det i år også, og det setter også sitt preg på ukemenyen denne uken. Håper du finner noe som frister. Vel bekomme
