Så var det søndag og ny ukemeny igjen. Visste du at jeg har laget ukemenyer på bloggen her i snart 12 år. Hver eneste uke, med unntak av noen sommeruker de første årene har jeg lagt ut en middagsmeny.  Til sammen blir det mer enn 600 ukemenyer. Det har gitt meg en masse erfaring. I løpet av disse årene har mine matvaner forandret seg, og det har nok ukemenyene også. De første årene var det mer kjøtt og mindre fisk og grønt, men dette har sakte men sikkert endret seg, og nå ser jeg oftere at kjøttet mer er blitt et tilbehør enn hovedpilaren i måltidet.

Hvordan er det med deg? Spiser du anderledes nå enn for 10-12 år siden? Det vil jeg nesten tro. Matvaner forandrer seg som regel veldig sakte, men ser man langt tilbake vil nok de fleste se at det har skjedd noe. Spennende synes jeg.
