Du kjenner sikkert følelsen; det er kaldt og surt ute og du har litt dårlig tid til maten må stå på bordet. Helst kunne du tenke deg en skikkelig deilig gryterett som har fått stått og koke lenge. Men det lar seg ikke gjøre. Da kan du jo prøve å lage denne gryteretten som en en forenklet gulasj som passer fint til hverdags. Karbonadedeig i stedet for et helt kjøttstykke gjør at maten blir klar mye fortere, samtidig er det masse krydder som gir litt futt. Resultatet er en herlig dampende varm gulasj med masse smak og karakter på mindre enn en time. Og da er det mest koketid som du kan bruke til noe helt annet.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr karbonadedeig
  • 1 stor løk
  • 2 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 ts paprikapulver
  • 1 ts røkt paprikapulver
  • olje til steking
  • 2 ss tomatpuré
  • 1 boks tomater
  • 5 dl oksebuljong
  • 2 store paprikaer
  • 6 poteter
  • salt og pepper

Fremgangsmåte

  • Stek karbonadedeigen til den har blitt brun og kornete. Smak til med salt og pepper.
  • Ta kjøttet ut av gryten.
  • Hakk løk og hvitløk og fres det i den samme gryten til det har blitt mykt og blankt.
  • Tilsett krydder og la det frese et par minutter til.
  • Tilsett tomatpure og stek i ytterligere ett minutt under omrøring.
  • Ha oppi kjøttet, de hermetiske tomatene og oksebuljongen.
  • La det koke på middels varme under lokk.
  • Skjær paprikaen i terninger og tilsett. Har du god tid kan gjerne gryten koke 30 min før du tilsetter potetene.
  • Skjær potetene i terninger 1x1 cm og kok til potetene er helt myke. ca. 30 minutter.
  • Rør av og til og tilsett evt. litt vann dersom det ser tørt ut.

Server med rømme og gjerne godt brød ved siden av.
