Pin

Det er så mye snakk om høye strømpriser, høyere rente, dyrere mat og bensin, så denne uken har jeg laget en nokså budsjettvennlig ukemeny.  Her er det mye grønnsaker, litt fisk, enda mindre kjøtt og litt fugl.

Fiskekakene har jeg laget av hyse, men det går helt fint å bytte det ut med sei og lage seikaker i stedet. Det blir like godt. På min fredagspizza er det pepperonipølse, men bruk like gjerne rester av salami, kokt skinke eller hva du måtte ha liggende i kjøleskapet som trenger å bli brukt opp. Eller dropp kjøttet helt. Erstatt det med litt stekt sopp, eller det som har vært min favoritt en stund nå, nemlig stekt aubergine.

På lørdagen har jeg skeiet ut med skate, men om du ikke får tak i skate så bytt gjerne med en annen fisk. Jeg synes bare det er så deilig med den stekte fisken med brunet smør og en skikkelig blandet gørnn salat med en nokså syrlig vinaigrette som en kontrast.
