Av og til er det rett og slett sånn at det enkle er det beste. Derfor begynner jeg denne uken med en rett som jeg tipper er en kjenning i de fleste familier – nemlig tomatsuppe med kokte egg og kanskje også makaroni. Denne tomatsuppen er av den enkle sorten, lagd med tomatpuré og litt buljong. Men den smaker forbløffende godt og lages på omtrent like lang tid som det tar å koke opp en posesuppe.

Resten av uken blir det en god del fisk og sjømat, rett og slett fordi det er så godt og fordi dersom man ikke setter det på menyen så er det lett å glemme det når man er i butikken ti på halv sulten og ser etter noe som er raskt og lettvint å lage og spise. Men fordi de aller fleste av oss godt kan spise mer fisk så er det en god idé å planlegge et par fiskemåltider i løpet av uken. Jeg håper du finner noe som frister her. Vel bekomme.
