Dette er typisk barnemat. Jeg husker den med glede fra barndommen min, og nå er det mine barn som blir glade når den står på bordet. Jeg er opptatt av at Tuppen og Lillemor skal lære seg å lage mat, derfor får de bestemme og lage middag en gang i mellom.  Opprinnelig var det planen at de skulle gjøre det en gang i uken hver, men mange fritidsaktiviteter har senket ambisjonsnivået noe. Men av og til gjør de det i hvert fall, og da er dette en av oppskriftene som de velger og lager – i dag var det Tuppen som huserte i kjøkkenet. Oppskriften er inspirert av Ingrid Espelid Hovig sin oppskrift i den rutete kokeboken.

Ingredienser

  •  6 dl makaroni (ukokt)  
  • 400 gr pølse  skåret i småbiter  
  • 4  egg  
  • 5 dl lettmelk 
  •  ½ ts salt  
  • ½ ts pepper  
  • 1/4 ts malt muskat  
  • 1,5 dl revet hvitost

Fremgangsmåte

  • Kok makaronien som beskrevet på pakken.
  • Bland sammen egg, melk, salt, pepper og muskat.
  • Legg den kokte makaronien og pølsebitene i en ildfast form og hell egg/melkeblandingen over og strø osten på toppen.
  • Stek i ovnen ved 200 grader i ca. 40 minutter, til eggestanden er helt fast.

Server med kokte poteter, smeltet smør og en frisk grønn salat.
