Karbonade og makaronigrateng – det er bare barnematen – og hva så, jeg liker barnemat, jeg. Det gjør i grunnen de fleste jeg kjenner – dersom den er veltillaget, vel og merke. Men når det er sagt, så er min erfaring at mange barn også liker voksenmat bare den er veltillaget. For hva er egentlig barnemat, eller voksenmat for den saks skyld. Så lenge den er god, er vel allting godt. Men jeg vet jo at det er noen slags mat som barn nesten alltid liker, og det er den som inneholder pasta og kjøttdeig. Det kan være spagetti bolognese, lasagne eller cannelloni. Det er sjelden barn sier nei takk til disse rettene. Og dagens middag faller inn i denne kategorien. På en måte er dette en hurtiglasagne – bare uten lasagneplater.

Ingredienser

  • 400 gr karbonadedeig
  • 1 gul løk, finhakket
  • 2 fedd hvitløk, finhakket
  • 1 revet gulrot
  • 1 boks knuste tomater
  • 2 ss tomatpure
  • olje til steking
  • 1/2 ts salt og pepper
  • 3 dl ukokt makaroni eller annen kort pasta
  • --
  • 2 ss smør
  • 2 ss hvetemel
  • 3 dl lettmelk
  • salt og muskat
  • 2,5 dl gulost

Fremgangsmåte

  • Sett på vannet til makaronien, og kok den som anvist på pakken.
  • Imens freses løk og hvitløk i en stekepanne til det har blitt blankt.
  • Tilsett karbonadedeigen og stek til kjøttet har blitt godt brunet.
  • Ha i gulroten og fortsett å steke.
  • Hell over de knuste tomatene og tomatpureen og rør alt sammen.
  • La alt koke ca. 5 minutter sammen.
  • Hell vannet av makaronien og bland den inn i kjøttrøren.
  • Hell alt sammen over i en ildfast form.
  • Lag hvit saus ved å smelte smøret og røre inn melet til det er en jevn masse. Spe med melken og rør slik at sausen blir klumpefri. Smak sausen til med salt og muskatnøtt og ha halvparten av osten i sausen.
  • Hell sausen over karbonade og makaroniblandingen. Dryss resten av osten over og stek i ovnen i ca. 20 minutter på 225 grader.

Server med en blandet salat. Vel bekomme.
