Nå er ferien over for vår del og hverdagen tilbake.  Jeg har så langt hatt en super sommer med både kos hjemme og utenlandstur. Og selv om hverdagen kommer sigende planlegger jeg å nyte resten av sommeren. Jeg håper du også har hatt en flott sommer så langt, ferie eller ikke ferie.

Den voldsomme varmen de siste dagene har ikke akkurat vært forenlig med mye tid på kjøkkenet.  Nå spør meteorologene litt mer normale sommertemperaturer etterhvert, men akkurat nå frister det ikke så voldsomt med tung mat, så derfor har jeg laget en ukemeny med forholdsvis lette middager. Håper du finner noe du liker og ha en flott uke!
