En ny sommeruke står for døren og jeg fortsetter å fråtse i ferske grønnsaker og sjømat. Det er så mange grønnsaker som er på sitt aller beste akkurat nå. Og sjømat? Den føles så mye lettere å spise enn et tungt stykke rødt kjøtt. Men for all del, en saftig biff fra grillen med urtesmør og en frisk salat er jo heller ikke å forakte.

Tirsdagens fiskemiddag er lysing, men denne grønne risottoen passer like godt til annen både hvit og rød fisk, så ikke la det at du kanskje ikke får tak i lysing stoppe deg fra å lage denne retten. Kanskje du har vært ute og fisket og fått noe du kan bruke. Soppsesongen er i gang og skulle du være så heldig å ha fått plukket litt god sopp, kan du jo legge den på pizzaen.  Og sånn kunne jeg fortsette – bruk oppskriftene nedenfor som inspirasjon og bytt gjerne ut ingredienser med noe annen, dersom du mangler noe, eller har overdådige mengder av noe annet.
